License Agreement

Understanding your rights and usage terms for Party Baby, LLC digital invitation templates. By purchasing and downloading our digital invitation templates, you agree to the following terms and conditions (the "Agreement"). This Agreement supplements and incorporates by reference the Terms of Service available at https://partybabyessentials.com/pages/terms-of-service. In the event of any conflict between this Agreement and the Terms of Service, this Agreement shall prevail with respect to the use of digital invitation templates. If you do not agree to these terms, do not purchase or download the templates.

Your purchase grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable Personal Use License to use the digital invitation template created by Party Baby, LLC. This license allows you to customize, print, and share your invitation for personal celebration purposes, including creating derivative works solely for your personal, non-commercial use (provided that such derivatives are not distributed, sold, or used in any way that violates this Agreement), while protecting our original design work.

What You CAN Do (Allowed Personal Uses)

• Customize Your Invitation: Edit text, colors, photos, and details in Canva or compatible software. Personalize with your child's name, party information, and special touches. Modify the design elements to match your celebration theme.
• Print and Share for Personal Celebrations: Print unlimited copies for your birthday party or family celebration. Share digitally via email, text, social media, or messaging apps. Use for personal birthday parties, family gatherings, and milestone celebrations. Print at home, local print shops, or professional printing services.
• Personal Projects and Keepsakes: Create party favors, thank you cards, or coordinating decorations for your event. Use as inspiration for DIY party planning projects. Save as digital keepsakes or in family photo albums. Share with family and friends attending your personal celebration.

What You CANNOT Do (Prohibited Uses)

• Resale and Redistribution: Resell, redistribute, or share the template files with others. Upload to template marketplaces, design platforms, or file-sharing sites. Include in design bundles or template collections for sale. Give away or trade the original template files.
• Business and Commercial Activities: Use for business promotions, marketing materials, or corporate events. Sell invitations created from our templates to other customers. Use for party planning businesses or commercial party services. Incorporate into commercial signage, advertisements, or promotional materials. Use the templates or any derivatives in connection with any revenue-generating activity, including but not limited to freelance design services, event planning, or content creation for third parties. Use the templates to train artificial intelligence models, generate AI-based content, or incorporate into any machine learning applications.
• Other Prohibitions: Claim ownership of the original design or template. Remove or alter our copyright notices. Use our designs as part of logos, trademarks, or business branding. Reverse engineer or recreate our template designs. Modify, remove, or obscure any watermark, copyright notice, or proprietary markings on the templates. Use the templates in any manner that is unlawful, harmful, or infringes on third-party rights.

Technical Usage Guidelines

• Platform Compatibility: Templates are optimized for Canva and compatible design software. May be used with other design programs that support the file format. Customization tools and features may vary by platform.
• File Sharing: Share your customized invitation freely for your personal celebration. Original template files remain the property of Party Baby, LLC. Guests may save and share your completed invitation for the specific event.
• Print Quality: Templates are designed for high-resolution printing up to 300 DPI. Compatible with home printers and professional printing services. Print as many copies as needed for your personal celebration.

License Duration and Ownership

• Perpetual Personal Use: Your license to use the template for personal purposes never expires. You may reuse the template for future personal celebrations.
• Ownership: Original copyright and design ownership remains with Party Baby, LLC. Modifications do not grant you ownership of the original design. Customized versions remain subject to this Agreement.
• Termination: This license may be terminated immediately by Party Baby, LLC if you breach any term of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the templates and destroy all copies in your possession. Your rights under this Agreement shall cease, but other obligations (including those under the Terms of Service) shall survive.

Educational and Creative Use

Acceptable Activities: Use in personal scrapbooking or family memory projects. Include in personal blogs or social media posts about your celebration. Educational presentations about party planning (personal, non-commercial). Personal creative projects and DIY party planning inspiration.

Party Baby, LLC reserves the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the arbitration provisions in the Terms of Service.
